This is us, I say us because they are my driver in life. Im Dani, my husband is Andy and my 2 beautiful children are called Clara and Harri. This year I have been diagnosed with CFS/ME which meant that I could no longer do the full time job I was doing. After this sunk in it made me determined to show my young children that no matter what gets thrown your way YOU CAN DO ANYTHING you put your mind to! So in February 2024 I started my own business, Bake My Day, to follow my passion for baking. I bake from my home kitchen and I am always willing to try new recipes, so if you don’t see what you are looking for on my website, message me and I will be more than happy to do it for you. I only use the freshest locally sourced ingredients in all of my bakes, which with the passion I put into baking everything I make makes them truly irresistible!

I am fully insured and have relevant Food Hygiene and Allergen training. I offer free delivery or collection within Bristol area and deliver to the whole of the UK using Royal Mail. You can also find me at various markets and events. See below for what’s confirmed and coming up….
